Ananta Jalil is a well known actor, director, producer and businessman who made his debut in the Dallywood film industry with the film ” Khoj: The Search” in 2010. Ananta has created a new dimension in the film industry of Bangladesh and he is now a leading actor in the industry.

Early life:
Ananta Jalil was born on April 17, 1978 in Munshiganj, Bangladesh and raised in Sukrabad, Dhaka. When he was only five years old his mother died then her elder brother and father looked up him from childhood. From Oxford International School, Dhaka Ananta has completed ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels. He received BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) from Manchester University, UK.

Career:
At first he started his career as a Production General Manager in 1999. Then he set up a small garment factory which turned over into a group of company, ‘AJI’ later on. Ananta was awarded CIP (Commercial Important Person) for several times for his contribution in ready-made garment industry. However, Ananta decided to involve in film industry and launched a production house, Monson Films.

In 2010 he made his debut in the film industry with the film ” Khoj: The Search” with co-actress Barsha. Then he appeared in the films The Speed and Most Welcome. He showed his terrific performance in the film Nishwartha Bhalobasa in 2012 and after acting on this film he comes to the timeline in the Bangladeshi film arena. He is the brand ambassador of a telecommunications service provider company, Grameenphone. Ananta is widely known for his philanthropist activities in the country.

Personal life:
Ananta got married with actress Barsha on 23 September 2011. Ananta and Barsha are framing a Police case against each other, signing divorce paper. However, they getting together again in 2013 after creating high-drama which was the most talked media story.
